Indian Bank to consider raising funds of Rs. 4000 crore through equity

A meeting of Committee of Directors of Indian Bank is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 09th March 2021, to consider the modes/modalities of raising the equity capital of the Bank within the aforesaid overall limit of Rs. 4000/- crore (including premium).

Shares of INDIAN BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.140 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 139.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 343726 in over 3798 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 143 and intraday low of 138.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48662468.
