Vesuvius India Ltd board declares dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Vesuvius India Ltd at its meeting held today on February 25, 2021, have recommended to the Members of the Company Dividend at the rate of Rs 7/- per share on 2,02,96,080 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each in respect of the year ended on December 31, 2020. Accordingly, the total dividend to be paid will amount to Rs 14,20,72,560/-. Such Dividend when declared will be deposited into the bank account within May 2, 2021 and paid within May 11, 2021.

The board has fixed the Record Date as April 20, 2021 for the purpose of determining those Members who will be entitled to dividend.

Shares of VESUVIUS INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1092 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1110.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2075 in over 479 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1140 and intraday low of 1085. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2330260.
