Capital India Finance Ltd provides corporate guarantee for subsidiary

Capital India Finance Limited ("Company") has on February 25, 2021, provided a corporate guarantee to Northern Arc Capital Limited (formerly IFMR Capital Finance Limited) ("Northern Arc"), for securing the term loan facility availed by Capital India Home Loans Limited ("CIHL"), a subsidiary of the Company.

The corporate guarantee issued in favour of the Northern Arc will be the contingent liability in the books of the Company.

Shares of Capital India Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.157.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 150.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1841 in over 89 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 158.6 and intraday low of 142. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 284491.
