NITCO Ltd updates on sale of stake in NVVPL

NITCO Ltd had earlier announced regarding sale of entire shareholding held by the company in New Vardhman Vitrified Private Limited (NVVPL). The transfer of shares of NVVPL is not completed due to nonreceipt of no objection certificate from the lenders of the company.

Shares of NITCO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.22.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 22.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24611 in over 121 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 23.5 and intraday low of 22.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 556923.
