Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd has received a letter dated February 19, 2021 from Mr. Biswamohan Mahapatra (DIN: 06990345) tendering his resignation as Part-Time Chairman and Independent Director of the Bank with effect from the close of business hours on February 19, 2021.

The Board of Directors of the Bank has taken note of the aforesaid letter and his resignation on February 19, 2021 and has appreciated his valuable contribution to the Board and to the Bank.
