Promoter group of Indo Rama Synthetics Ltd comply with minimum public shareholding requirements

Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited has announced that a member of the promoter group, Mrs. Urmila Lohia, has on February 15, 2021 divested 3,35,353 equity shares of Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited (the "Company"), constituting 0.13% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company as at December 31, 2020 through open market sale.

Consequent to the aforementioned open market sale, the Company has complied with the minimum public shareholding requirements.

Shares of INDO RAMA SYNTHETICS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28993 in over 177 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 36.7 and intraday low of 34.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1045318.
