Panchsheel Organics Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.5

The Board of Directors of Panchsheel Organics Ltd in its meeting held on February 13, 2021, has declared the Interim Dividend of Rs 1.5 per Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company.

The interim Dividend shall be paid on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of PANCHSHEEL ORGANICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.94.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 97.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 578 in over 15 trades.
