NILE Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of NILE Ltd at its meeting held today have declared interim dividend of Re.1/- (10%) per share on 30,01,900 equity shares for FY 2020-21.

The board has fixed 25th February, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.

Shares of NILE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.363.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 345.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4398 in over 178 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 370 and intraday low of 342.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1583988.
