Computer Age Management Services Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 7.60

The Board of directors of Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS) has approved the payment of an interim Dividend of Rs.7.60 per equity share. The above Dividend will be paid to those shareholders as on 19th February 2021 which has been fixed as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend.

The expected date of disbursement of the dividend will be 5th March, 2021.
