MRF Limited to raise Rs. 1000 crores through NCDs

The Board of Directors of MRF Limited at its meeting held today, 11th February,2021 have approved raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs. 1000 Crores in one or more tranches, and have authorised the Finance Committee of the Company to determine the detailed terms and conditions thereof.

Shares of MRF LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.97008 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93751.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3919 in over 2813 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 97921.7 and intraday low of 92785.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 372603325.
