Foseco India Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 10 for CY2020

The Board of Directors of Foseco India Limited has recommended payment of a final dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share (100%) on a paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ended 31 December 2020, subject to approval of the Shareholders' at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
