BLS International, leading tech-enabled specialty service provider to the governments and diplomatic missions globally, today announced that it recently got mandated by the Uttar Pradesh government to operate the Jan Sewa Kendras (Customer Service Centres) Project. BLS shall provide G2C & B2C Services to citizens through its digital platforms. BLS is mandated to operate these Jan Sewa Kendras across the state to provide several public services, from different government departments to the people of UP.
Commenting on the win, Shikhar Aggarwal, Jt. Managing Director, BLS International said, "After the success of Punjab Sewa Kendras, we are pleased to partner with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to provide various public services through our Centres. BLS will enable self-employed youth to become Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE), in remote corners of the state, and provide end-to-end integrated solution to these services through our portal."
This is in addition to the already robust portfolio of consular and citizen services offered by BLS International and reflects company's focus on efficiency and continuous excellence in its operations.
