Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 16

The Board of Directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) at its meeting held today, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs 16/- per equity share of face value Rs 10/- each i.e. 160% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Board of Directors have fixed Friday, 19th February 2021 as Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said Interim Dividend.

Shares of BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.419.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 415.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 332117 in over 6133 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 424.4 and intraday low of 416.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 139584351.
