GPT Infraprojects Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of GPT Infraprojects Limited at their meeting held today i.e. on Friday, the 05th day of February, 2021, have considered, approved the declaration of Interim Dividend @ 15% (Rs.1.50 per equity shares) for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Board has fixed Wednesday, 17th February, 2021 as the "Record Date" to ascertain the names of the shareholders / beneficial owners of the Company to whom the aforesaid interim dividend shall be payable.

Shares of GPT INFRAPROJECTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.45.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 44.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18398 in over 230 trades.
