Equity Shares of Stove Kraft Limited to list on February 5, 2021

Effective from Friday, February 05, 2021, the equity shares of Stove Kraft Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in the list of 'B' Group of Securities.

The company issued equity shares at a price of Rs. 385/- per share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 375/-) in the recently concluded IPO.
