The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Aishwarya Telecom Ltd which opened for subscription on April 15, 2008 has received subscription of 4.12 times as of 12:00 Noon on 17-April-2008.
The company has come out with an IPO of 4000000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 32 /- to Rs 35 /- through 100% book-building process.
The IPO has received bids for 16463600 equity shares against the offer of 4000000 shares.
The issue has received bids for 2466400 equity shares at cut-off price.
The IPO closes for subscription today - April 17, 2008.
