Control Print Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 4 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Control Print Limited at its meeting today, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.00 /-per equity share (40%) on the face value of Rs. 10/- per share for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The record date for the purpose of determining the names of members eligible for receipt of the interim dividend will be Friday, February 12, 2021. The dividend will be paid on or after Monday, February 15, 2021.

Shares of CONTROL PRINT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.251 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 237.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3780 in over 454 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 255 and intraday low of 243. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 943758.
