Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. 2nd February, 2021 has declared an Interim Dividend of 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The dividend shall be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as on Friday, 12th February, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the said purpose.

The said Interim Dividend will be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company on and from Thursday, 25th February, 2021.

Shares of BALRAMPUR CHINI MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.175 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 171.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60955 in over 1275 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 179.75 and intraday low of 165.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10443795.
