Suraj Industries Ltd enters into agreement with RSGSM for packaging and bottling contract

Suraj Industries Ltd. ("the Company") has entered into agreement with Rajasthan State Ganganagar Sugar Mills Ltd. ("RSGSM") for :

- Bottling and packaging of alcoholic beverages, i.e., country liquor, Rajasthan made liquor and Indian made foreign liquor for RSGSM or third party at Ajmer, Rajasthan;

- Bottling and packaging of alcoholic beverages, i.e., country liquor, Rajasthan made liquor and Indian made foreign liquor for RSGSM or third party at Dungarpur, Rajasthan.

The packaging and bottling contract period will be for 3 years from the date of commencement of production. The plant has to be set up within 250 days from the date of award of contract at both the locations. For Ajmer the plant has to be set up at RSGSM's premises and for Dungarpur on any other land.

The order quantity per location - 15000 cases (cartons) per month of Alcoholic beverages (1.e. country liquor, Rajasthan made liquor & Indian made foreign liquor) in aseptic brick pack or AB Pack of 180 ml. Each case containing 48 packs of 180 ml.
