PVR Ltd allots 55,55,555 shares to QIBs

The Fund Raise Committee of PVR Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. 01st February, 2021, approved the issue and allotment of 55,55,555 Equity Shares to eligible QIBs at the issue price of ₹ 1,440/- per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 1,430 per Equity Share), aggregating to approx. ₹ 800 crore (Rupees Eight Hundred Crores Only).

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares under the QIP, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 60,72,85,720 comprising 6,07,28,572 Equity Shares.

The Issue opened on 27th January, 2021 and closed on 01st February, 2021.

Shares of PVR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1524.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1417.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 194573 in over 9417 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1549 and intraday low of 1438.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 290250050.
