Castrol India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3 for CY2020

The Board of Directors of Castrol India Ltd at its meeting held on February 01, 2021, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of INR 3/- per equity share of INR 5/- each for the financial year ended December 31, 2020. The said final dividend if approved by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or before May 30, 2021.
