Apcotex Industries Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Apcotex Industries Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 28th January 2021, approved the declaration of Interim Dividend @ Rs.1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2020-201.

Accordingly, the Board has fixed 12th February 2021 as record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.

Shares of APCOTEX INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.187.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 190.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26121 in over 1063 trades.
