V R Films & Studios Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of Directors of V R Films & Studios Ltd at its meeting held on January 28, 2021, has declared Interim Dividend for FY 2020-21 i.e. Re. 1 /- per equity share i.e. 10% of Face Value.

The aforesaid interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before February 18, 2021.
