POWERGRID to sell units in POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust ("PGInvIT"), an infrastructure investment trust settled by POWERGRID as the sponsor and registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI"), has filed a draft offer document dated January 25, 2021, in relation to the proposed initial public offer of units by PGInvIT, which is proposed to consist of a fresh issue of units by PGInvIT and an offer for sale of units by POWERGRID, with SEBI for its observations.

Shares of POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.192.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 190.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 187593 in over 1554 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 194.3 and intraday low of 189.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35906158.
