Aplab Limited board to consider rights issue on Feb 2, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Aplab Limited will be held on Tuesday the 2nd day of February, 2021 at 13, Landmark, 175, Carter Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai - 400050 through Skype Audio/Video Conference to consider and approve the issue of equity shares to existing shareholders on Rights basis, as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals, as may be required.

The board will also consider any other businesses as may be considered necessary.
