Sagar Cements Ltd board declares second interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Sagar Cements Ltd, at their meeting held on today, has declared a second Interim Dividend of Rs.2.00 per share (20%) for the financial year 2020-21 on the 2,35,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/each of the company and has fixed 3rd February 2021, as the Record Date for the purpose.
