GMM Pfaudler Ltd Board approves 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of GMM Pfaudler Ltd has approved the payment of third interim dividend of Re. 1.00 per share of 14,617,500 equity shares of Rs. 2 each (Equity Share), aggregating to Rs. 14,617,500 for the year 2020-21.

The board also fixed January 29, 2021 as the record date for the payment of interim dividend and payment of such dividend of Re.1.00 per Equity Share, on or before February 18, 2021.
