EIH Ltd board to announce third quarter results on Jan 29, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of EIH Ltd will be held on Friday, 29th January 2021, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results / unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter / nine months ended on 31st December 2020.

The board will also consider voluntary delisting of company's equity shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited.

The trading window for purchase / sale of Company's shares shall remain closed from Friday, 1st January 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended on 31st December 2020 for the financial year 2020-21.

Shares of EIH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.98 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 97.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 134763 in over 2703 trades.
