Hindustan Unilever Ltd board to announce Q3FY21 results on Jan 27, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) will be held on Wednesday, 27th January, 2021, through Audio-Visual means as per the notification issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 19th March, 23rd June, 28th September and 30th December, 2020, to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.

The trading window closed period as per the Share Dealing Code of the Company commenced from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 is made public.
