Ajanta Soya Ltd commissions Interesterification plant of 125 TPD capacity

Ajanta Soya Ltd has commissioned Interesterification plant of 125 TPD capacity and 3 unit of its Bakery Shortening plant of 35 TPD capacity. This expansion will meet the increased demand of Company's premium brands of Bakery Shortening Variants.

The Company is expecting to improve its position in the Premium Bakery Shortening segment by fulfilling its existing customers' demand and to add more customers resulting in increased production capacity utilization.

Shares of AJANTA SOYA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.72.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34287 in over 283 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 73 and intraday low of 70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2446205.
