Manappuram Finance Ltd board to announce Q3FY21 results, interim dividend on Jan 29, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 29, 2021, through video conferencing, at the registered office of the company, Valapad, Thrissur, Kerala-680567, to consider and approve the un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the company for the period and quarter ended December 31, 2020.

The board will also consider declaration of interim dividend.

The Trading Window of the Company shall be closed for Insiders from the opening of business hours in Stock Exchanges of 01st January 2021 (Friday) till the closing of business hours of 02nd February 2021 (Tuesday).
