Computer Age Management Services Ltd Board to consider Quarterly Results, Interim Dividend on Feb 11, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11th February, 2021 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2020.
The Board will also consider payment of Interim Dividend. The record date for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders entitled for the interim dividend, if any, approved by the Board, will be 19th February 2021.
The trading window for the Designated Persons of the Company will remain closed till two trading days after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results.
