Sagar Cements Ltd board to approve 3rd quarter results on Jan 20, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sagar Cements Ltd will be held at its Registered Office at Plot No.111, Road No.10, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500 033 on Wednesday, the 20th January 2021 to, consider and take on record its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2020.

The board will also consider a proposal for declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

The trading window will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results.

Shares of SAGAR CEMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.675.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 666.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11258 in over 763 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 689.95 and intraday low of 675. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7694705.
