PVR Limited board to consider third quarter results on Jan 15, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of PVR Limited is scheduled for Friday, the 15th day of January, 2021, to consider and approve Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended on December 31, 2020.

The trading window shall remain closed effective from January 1, 2021 till 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and period ended on 31st December, 2020.
