Emami Ltd board to consider Q3FY21 results on Jan 27, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Emami Ltd is scheduled on 27/01/2021, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020.

The "Trading Window" (i.e. period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from Friday, 1st January, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ending on 31st December, 2020.
