NCL Industries Ltd appoints Mrs. P Sudha Reddy as independent director

The Board of directors at its meeting held on January 4, 2021 has approved the proposal to appoint Mrs P.Sudha Reddy as Independent Director of NCL Industries Ltd for a period of 5 years with effect from 4th January, 2021, subject to the approval by members of the company at the next Annual General Meeting.

Mrs. P Sudha Reddy, post graduate in life sciences from Hyderabad Central University is currently Managing Director of K N Biosciences India Private Ltd. She is a successful first generation techno entrepreneur and has over 23 years of business experience. She is also director in K N Media Private Limited, K N Farm Equipment Pvt Ltd and partner in Wellora Biosciences, LLP.

Shares of NCL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.149.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 147.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46870 in over 836 trades.
