L&T Technology Services Ltd board to announce 3rd quarter results on Jan 20, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of L&T Technology Services Ltd will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter and nine months ended December 31,2020 along with the Limited Review Report thereon.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Directors/Officers & KMP and Designated Persons defined under the Code from Friday, January 1,2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to Friday, January 22,2021 (both days inclusive).
