Decipher Labs Ltd to form subsidiary for pharmaceuticals business

The Board of Directors of Decipher Labs Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., 31st December, 2020, have discussed various business expansion proposals and approved the incorporation of a subsidiary company for dealing with pharmaceuticals and exploring various fund raising options for supporting the proposed acquisitions in the field of Information Technology and Pharmaceuticals.

The Board authorised the Director/s to initiate proceeding for the incorporation of a subsidiary company and appointment of suitable agency/ies for raising funds by way of debt and equity participation as may be feasible and beneficial for the operations of the company.

Shares of COMBAT DRUGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.34.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 644 in over 22 trades.
