ACC Ltd approves renewal of agreement with Holcim

The Board of Directors of ACC Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today, i.e. December 23, 2020, has approved the renewal of the existing Technology and Know-How Agreement ('TKH Agreement') with Holcim Technology Limited ('HTL') under which the Company pays TKH fees @1% of net sales each year, to HTL, for a period of 2 years w.e.f. January 01, 2021, i.e., on the same terms of the existing TKH Agreement.

Shares of ACC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1579.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1564.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29365 in over 3233 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1585.5 and intraday low of 1538.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46013545.
