Genus Paper & Boards Limited changes name of subsidiary

The 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Genus Paper & Boards Limited (the Company) which was initially incorporated in India on July 23, 2020 in the name of "Kailash Paper and Coke Limited' has changed its name to 'Genus Paper and Coke Limited' with effect from December 21, 2020.

Shares of Genus Paper & Boards Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.8.44 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.33. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1637536 in over 2314 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.79 and intraday low of 7.59. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13824170.
