Bajaj Finserv Ltd board to announce Q3 results on Jan 20, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv Limited is scheduled on Wednesday, 20 January 2021 to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ending 31 December 2020 of the financial year 2020-21.

The Company will publish the unaudited financial results for the said quarter and nine-months, immediately after the Board Meeting on 20 January 2021. i.e. within a period of forty-five days from the end of the said quarter.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 1 January 2021 to 22 January 2021 (both days inclusive), for the designated persons of the Company as per the Company's Code of Conduct.
