Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd board to consider interim dividend on Dec 12, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd will be held on Saturday, 12th December, 2020 to consider and approve amongst other items of agenda, the declaration of Interim Dividend out of the profits of the Company for the FY 2020-21.

The Company has fixed Saturday, 19th December, 2020 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors.
