IDBI Bank redeems $350 million 4.25% senior notes

IDBI Bank on November 30, 2020 has redeemed USD 350 million 4.25% Senior Notes which are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and issued under its USD 5 billion MTN Program (ISIN XS1325600994) for an aggregate principal amount of USD 350,000,000 together with accrued interest from the last interest payment date.

Shares of IDBI BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.38.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 409966 in over 1160 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.8 and intraday low of 37.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15680612.
