Kanchi Karpooram Ltd Board to consider Buyback of Equity Shares

A meeting of Board of Directors of Kanchi Karpooram Ltd will be held on November 19, 2020 at the Chennai office of the Company situated at, No. 1, Barnaby Avenue, Barnaby Road, Kilpauk, Chennai 600010, to consider the proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company, quantum & mode of buyback, constitution of buyback committee, appointment of intermediaries and other matters incidental thereto.

The board will also fix record date for the purpose of Buyback.
