HCC appoints Anil Kumar Chandani as CFO

HCC has appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Chandani as the Chief Financial Officer effective November 09, 2020. Afinance professional with nearly 29 years of experience in multi-unit and multi-product environment in varied industries, Anil will oversee HCC's finance team and management of cash flow, financial planning, equity activities, and profitability. He has diverse experience across the infrastructure sector, including highways, power, building products, and non-banking financial services & merchant banking.

Before joining HCC, Anil was President - Finance &Accounts at Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd., which had 13 Highway SPV Companies. His responsibility included managing fund based and non-fund based working capitals, financial closures, BG limit sanctions, Financial &Tax due diligence, valuations, managing cash inflows & oufflows and banking operations, Investments Management, Internal Audit, etc.

Before joining Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt Ltd, Anil worked with The Hindusthan Group (Flagship Co.: Hindusthan Urban lnfrastructure Ltd). He has also worked with Companies like GHCL Limited, Asahi India Glass Ltd., MVL Group, Hero Group, and SM Finance Limited. He started his career with the HCL group in the accounts function.

Anil is an FCA, FCS, ICWA and has also done a Diploma in Business Finance. He brings in expertise in Corporate finance, Project Finance, Fund Raising - by way of Debt & Equity Capital, Corporate Accounting & Taxation, Treasury, Strategic Restructuring, Mergers / Demergers & Valuations, Investor Relations, Credit ratings, Acquisitions & JVs, etc.
