WABAG announces H1 FY20-21 Results, Consolidated Revenue of Rs. 1,039 Crore

VA TECH WABAG LIMITED, a leading Indian Multinational Company in the water sector today announced its financial results for the Half Year ended 30th September 2020.

H1 FY 20 - 21 Highlights:

- Order Book of Rs. 10,596 Crore including Framework contracts
- Order Intake of Rs. 629 Crore
- Consolidated Revenue of Rs. 1,039 Crore
- Consolidated EBITDA of Rs. 72.4 Crore; EBITDA Margin of 7.0%
- Consolidated PAT of Rs. 21.8 Crore
- Standalone Revenue of Rs. 634 Crore
- Standalone EBITDA of Rs. 54.7 Crore; EBITDA Margin of 8.6%
- Standalone PAT of Rs. 12.1 Crore

Commenting on the results, Mr. Rajiv Mittal, Managing Director, VA TECH WABAG LIMITED said, "Our performance is satisfying considering that we are witnessing progressive revival of economic activities across overseas geographies. Our Indian projects which were slowed down due to the pandemic restrictions in Q1 and part of Q2 have also commenced ramping up and we expect to reach normal operating levels in the second half of this fiscal."

Shares of VA TECH WABAG LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.188.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 190. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12186 in over 703 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 193.55 and intraday low of 185.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2305544.
