PNB Gilts Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The board of directors of PNB Gilts Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the proposal for declaration of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2021 and the Board has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share i.e. 30% for the financial year 2020-21. The said dividend shall be paid within 30 days of such declaration to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, determined with reference to the Record Date of November 19, 2020.

Shares of PNB GILTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.43.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 142168 in over 806 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 46.6 and intraday low of 43.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6343257.
