STOVEC Industries Ltd receives termination notice for contract manufacturing

STOVEC Industries Ltd has received a notice today from Atul Sugar Screens Private Limited ('Atul') intimating termination of the Contract Manufacturing Agreement entered into with the Company in April 2018 for manufacturing the sugar sieves for Atul. The termination process and procedure are under discussion and finalization including the closing date which shall be such as may be mutually agreed between the parties.

Shares of STOVEC INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1832.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1850. The total number of shares traded during the day was 129 in over 27 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1865.85 and intraday low of 1812. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 237670.
