Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 6 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., November 09, 2020 have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.6/- per equity share (60%) for the Financial Year 2020-21.

November 20, 2020 has been fixed as the record date for payment of this interim dividend. The said Dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before December 8, 2020.

Shares of HINDUJA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.717.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 715.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 527 in over 170 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 724.35 and intraday low of 714.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 378347.
