PTC India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The Board of Directors of PTC India Ltd in its meeting held today has declared Interim Dividend of Rs.2 (two) per equity share having face value of Re. 10/- each i.e. 20% for the financial year 2020-21.

The Company has fixed Record Date of 20th November, 2020 for ascertainment of shareholders entitled to receive the aforesaid Interim Dividend.

Shares of PTC INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.51 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 248816 in over 1921 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.4 and intraday low of 49. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12551350.
